Sea Sanctuary’s ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ raffle

Cornish Mental Health charity, Sea Sanctuary, offered a once-in-a-lifetime sailing experience to help raise vital funds to continue supporting individuals who are struggling with their mental health.

Sea Sanctuary held a Text Raffle this June, where they offered three lucky winners the opportunity to bring a guest to spend an afternoon sailing, enjoy a 3 course dinner, and watch the Falmouth Week fireworks display, all on board their famous, Pirates of the Caribbean tall ship, Irene of Bridgwater.

This incredible prize attracted hundreds of supporters. Those wishing to enter the raffle could text ‘FIREWORKS’ to their shortcode by the closing date, with options to enter and donate once, twice, or four times, as well as the option not to donate, and enter for free.
