Rosie May Foundation’s Santa campaign

The Rosie May Foundation used Text Giving as a way for supporters to book a doorstep visit with Santa, raising over £4000.

The Challenge

Santa in Lockdown

Children across the UK were missing out on seeing Santa due to lockdown. The Rosie May Foundation wanted to find a way to bring some Christmas magic to as many families as they could.

They used their ingenuity, and sent Santa on doorstep visits in a pink tuk-tuk! They needed to find a way they could raise money without cash donations. 

The Solution

Doorstep visits with Santa

The Rosie May Foundation set up a Text Giving campaign. Parents could text SANTA to donate £15, and choose to increase their donation by increments of £5 for each additional child.

By sending a screenshot of their donation, the Foundation were able to match them to their donation, and book in a visit.
