‘Last Night a DJ Saved My Life’ and their partners, ‘Save Our Scene’ led a parade through central London in support and solidarity for the people of Ukraine & others in war-torn countries.

5 days to prepare a parade

‘Last Night a DJ Saved My Life’ had just 5 days to arrange a parade with their partners, ‘Save our Scene’, with an aim of raising money for the Disaster Emergency Committee. They were presented with the task of figuring out how to raise money during a moving parade, preferring not to use collection buckets.

The Solution

‘Dance for Peace’ took place on Oxford Street, where numerous vehicles set the scene with sound systems blasting music. The ‘Last Night a DJ Saved My Life’ staff attended the parade and walked around with large boards displaying the Text Giving details to the thousands of people attending.
